Dukkah is derived from the Arabic word "to pound" as the mixture of spices and nuts is pounded together. We dry roast our spices and nuts and pound and pulse together slowly to form a textured flavour bomb that adds colour, flavour and texture to all your dishes.

Dukkah can be used  as a condiment to dip your toasty foccacia or pita bread in with olive oil or added to your marinades. Dukkah can be used as a dry rub on vegetables, fish, meat, Holoumi cheese or even a sprinkle on fried eggs.

You cant top it on your salad for crunch and flavour. It creates the most vibrant dishes and the options are limited only to your imagination.


It originated in middle eastern cuisine but is not widely used across the world in so many cuisines.
